On October 13th I will be joining authors at libraries all around North American for Indie Author Day ! Come celebrate with me and some of your favorite authors at Richmond Hill Public Library from 1 pm to 3 pm. I will have comics, anthologies and trade paperbacks with me as well. See you there! Fan Expo Canada 2018

I'll be at Fan Expo Canada this week signing at the Toronto Comics booth #561 in the South Building, Friday 6pm to 7pm, and Saturday 3pm to 4pm. I'll be roaming around as well, so if you catch me, I'll be more than happy to chat a little and scribble on whatever. See you there! 

New Frontiers: The Many Worlds of George Takei, the Anthology

Thanks to editors Jeff Yang and Keith Chow, I had the fortunate opportunity to be a part of this anthology that is filled with stories inspired by George Takei's life involving different landscapes of cultural diversity, as well as being introduced to artist Yehudi Mercado . The production time was very fast-paced, but fortunately Yehudi and I were on the same page for the story we wanted to tell. Toronto Comics Anthology Vol.3 is Nominated for a Joe Shuster Award

Toronto Comics Anthology Vol. 3 is nominated for a Joe Shuster Awards' Gene Day Award ! So many talented creators involved in this, I'm p roud to be among them with a story called S nowblind  with Keith Grachow ! He's nominated for another Gene Day Award for Saltwater! Congratulations to all the creators, editors and to our fellow nominated comic friends!

TCAF 2017

TCAF crowd And I was at  TCAF  (Toronto Comics Arts Festival) to see friends and meet people in person. I think it was funny that so many I knew were either not going or just popping by and ended staying for the better part of the day. It was great being able to walk around and see it buzzing with people interested in the comic art scene of the city. Such a diverse and amazing crowd! Moi and Mark Foo at the Hogtown Horror Comics Table I ended up signing at the  Hogtown Horror  table, which was great. Got to meet fans in person and the team who I only knew virtually. Thanks to Mark Foo, Nelson De Rocha and Malcom Derikx for being rad! Can't wait to see the next volume of horror come together! Hogtown Horror Funded and in the Mail

I'm a little late in sharing the news that Hogtown Horror , a horror anthology full of gruesome tales by very talented Canadian comic creators was fully funded on Kickstarter a little while back. That what happens when you're on multiple deadlines. So where are the books? Well, they are being sent to backers as I write this! Click here for a preview of what you'll find inside! It was so much fun writing a sci-fi horror story and seeing it come to life through Brian Evinou art.
